1. Acceptance of Terms
By using stanch.app and/or joining the Stanch waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site.
2. Description of Service
Stanch is a Stripe revenue leak detection tool. We are currently pre-launch and operating a waitlist only. Early access may be offered in limited batches and the product may change before release.
3. Waitlist Terms
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
- We may invite teams based on criteria such as signup date, MRR range, and product fit.
- No fees are charged to join the waitlist.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Do not spam or abuse the site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.
- Comply with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
Stanch, its logo, and site content are owned by us and protected by IP laws. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve Stanch.
6. Disclaimer
The service and any beta features are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or results.
Stanch does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information is for general informational purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid to us (currently $0).
8. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues caused by Stripe or other third-party services. Stanch is not affiliated with Stripe, Inc.
9. Termination
You can unsubscribe anytime. We may remove users who violate these Terms.
10. Future Paid Services
If we launch paid plans, additional billing/refund/cancellation terms will apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the date. Continued use means acceptance.
12. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
